• Booking details: name, email, phone, chosen treatment, date and any notes you share. • Shop orders: name, email, phone and the items ordered. • Birthday Club and newsletter: email and, if you choose, your birthday. • Reviews: the name and comments you submit. • Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To manage your appointments and orders, send confirmations, reminders and thank-you emails, send birthday treats and offers if you signed up, and improve our services.
Emails
Service emails (confirmations, reminders, order updates) are part of your booking. Marketing emails are only sent if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We only share it with the services that help us run the spa, such as our email provider and PayPal, and only as needed to provide them.
Storage & security
Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for appointments, records and legal requirements.
Cookies
