Terms & Conditions

Who we are

Wax Moi Day Spa, Shirley Street Plaza, Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas. All prices are in Bahamian dollars (BSD).

Bookings

Online booking requests are subject to availability. A Confirmed booking requires a deposit of 50% of the treatment price; your appointment is secured once the deposit is received.

A Tentative booking holds your time slot for 24 hours. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the hold is released and the slot may be given to another client.

Prices & payment

Treatment prices shown on the website may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking applies. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. We accept online payment through PayPal (including debit and credit cards) and payment in store.

Your appointment

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment so the next client is not delayed, and the full price still applies. Please tell us about allergies, skin conditions, medications or pregnancy before your treatment. We may decline or adjust a treatment if it is not safe to perform.

Shop orders

Products bought online are for pickup at the spa. We'll email you when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded, less any payment fees.

Results

Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee a specific outcome from any treatment or product.
